My Background: Prior to working at Innova, I was working in a preclinical research laboratory in the Netherlands. I learnt here the immense and complex work which goes into translational research. I love talking to people about the science and detail of their work and finding how we could best placed to deliver them into exciting and niche companies.

Roles I recruit: Roles across Clinical Operations- Research Associates, Clinical Project Managers, Directors and VPs of Clinical Operations, along with trial managers. I will venture out into clinical development and medical device roles where needed.
