We are currently recruiting for a Account Manager / Customer Service Representation with extensive experience building and maintaining relationships to join their Customer Service Team on a an initial 12 month contract, based in Manchester.
You need to have a proven track record with account managements and customer service
You must have previous experience with using SAP & Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease. You will also need experience working in a B2B environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing accounts and acting as a main point of contact

Weekly calls & meetings

Building and maintaining strong relationships
