Business Process Analyst - 6 month initial contract - £400-500 pd (outside IR35) - London

I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Business Process Analyst

Duties will include:

Deliver process mapping/re-engineering and develop business requirements to support the transformation of Contracts & Records Management operations globally.

Working in partnership with a Program Manager, Tech BA, OD/HR Implementation Specialist and subject matter experts from functions such as Legal, Procurement, and Business Affairs, the Business Process Analyst will document workflow, activities, roles & responsibilities and common use cases for the creation, tracking, reporting, and ongoing administration of contracts with vendors, partners, and suppliers across various functions and markets, with the objective of defining a centrally managed, rationalized, global approach that will deliver efficiencies and eliminate or minimize business risk.

The person in this role will focus primarily on identifying stakeholder requirements and designing a process that is globally applicable while serving the needs of various functions and markets in terms of contract type & regulatory needs, while also collaborating with the Tech BA and Technology solutions lead to evaluate viability of existing tech products/platforms to support the target business state

Skills/Experience:

Proven track record working in a Business Process Analyst/Business Analyst role covering the end to end project lifecycle
General understanding of the standard considerations in contract development, negotiation, execution, obligation management and renewal is a must
Experience with contract & records management processes preferred, particularly in a global company
Understanding of gathering business requirements for document creation, collaboration/handoffs, reporting and data needs, and translating them into user stories/functional specifications whilst championing standardisation and minimizing development
Understands how to work with a global team and flexible to adjust hours accordingly

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be happy to work 3 days per week onsite in London. Due to the urgency of this role, ideally candidates will have a notice period of no longer than 2 weeks.
