We are partnered with an emerging healthcare brand in the recruitment of a new Head of Technology Development.
We are looking for a strong leader (current team size 25+) with commercial acumen, experience within design/innovation/R&D and ideally experience with manufacturing.
You will play an instrumental role in taking ideas/products from TRL1 through to TRL4-5 therefore experience of "ideas through to production" is ideal.
Spearheading the organisation's project management, product development roadmaps and innovation you will work closely with cross-functional teams in the successful commercialisation of 4-5 projects per year.
You will have a background in mechanical, chemical or electronics engineering and feel comfortable working in a complex science and technology focused environment.
