Responsibilities:
Raising and send Import Instructions
Supporting trade compliance
Authorising and verifying custom clearance agencies
Import entries and ensuring they are raised, completed and filed within timeframe,
Processes and insurance claims,
Maintaining import master log,
Supporting customers with HM customs
Liaising with Suppliers and third parties, including shipping lines and haulers.
Requirements:
Subject matter export on Imports customs, and regulations.
Proven track record in a similar role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Analytics / Tableau experience
Previous experience using a Duty Management System
Experience using SAP or Ricardo would be beneficial.
The successful candidate would be required to work full time onsite in Warrington at least 3 days a week.
