Job Description:

As part of the CISO division, you will join the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team, responsible for implementing, operating, and managing access to the IT infrastructure. This role ensures that individuals have access to the right resources at the right time, for the right reasons, in compliance with stringent regulatory requirements. The IDAM services include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management, and recertification, along with advisory services.
Responsibilities:
Manage production CyberArk services.
Act as 2nd line support for CyberArk products.
Manage vulnerabilities and incidents.
Potentially provide support outside business hours as part of watch duty.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of working experience, with ideally 2-3 years in the Privileged Access domain.
Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficient knowledge of CyberArk components, including PVWA, Vaults, CPM, PSM, and AAM.
Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
Familiarity with SailPoint, Network infrastructure, and Azure AD is considered a plus.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Teams, and the MS Office suite.
Methodologies:
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
