Being in the lead of the kick of in the new tool of QGIS in the French-speaking part in Belgium.
Required Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to develop of a tool in QGIS (in Python)
- Retrieve of information from Field
- Support of the plug in
- Analytical knowledge on GEO-ICT Related tools
Degree & Experience:
- 5y in software development
- Experience in a telecommunication environment is an asset
(A strong junior is welcome as well, but all the knowledge is a must)
Technical skills:
- Python knowledge is a must
- QGIS knowledge is a must
- Geographical knowledge is a must
- Network Design knowledge is a nice to have (if not present, the will needs there to be learn)
Attitudes/Behavior:
- Customer, solution and improvement minded
- Pro-active and can-do attitude
- Team player
Languages:
French and English is a must as they will work in the French-Speaking part of Belgium
At least once a week, travel to a different area with the goal of being close to the people that use the tool and retrieve the feedback.
