Recruiter - Technical Environment (Energy Sector)

Service Description:
This role is critical in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting the best candidates for our organization. You will focus on driving a candidate-centric approach, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update job descriptions, analyze job requirements, and prepare recruitment materials.
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels while promoting the company as a "Top Employer."
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and employer branding experts to ensure campaigns are targeted to reach potential talent.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, and participate in onboarding new employees.
Contribute to the creation and execution of an overall recruitment strategy, working with internal teams to meet hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment best practices and work proactively with HR Business Partners and department managers to identify future hiring needs.
Participate in internal team meetings and projects to continually improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a technical environment, with the ability to explain how your experience aligns with technical recruitment challenges.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
Flexibility and an agile working attitude, with a team-player spirit and out-of-the-box thinking (minimum 2 days per week in the office).
A "can-do" attitude towards process improvement and strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the energy sector or infrastructure/engineering sector is a plus - please provide details of your relevant experience.
Fluency in both French and Dutch is required.
