    We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representation to assist with the coordination of orders and management of accounts for a 6 month contract. This role can pay up to £13 per hour and will be fully remote.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    *Order Management
    *Weekly reports for all POs
    *Acting as main point of contact for the Customer team and tracking inventory and field sales, sales operations and finance team for order inquiries
    *Managing and prioritising accounts
    *Drive resolution of Customer-related

    Must Have:
    *Strong customer service experience
    *Must Highly Proficient with ERP & Spreadsheet Highly Proficient
    *Proven track record working with other departments
