I am currently working with an exciting Financial Services organisation that is looking for an experienced Product Developer who has a passion for building disruptive enterprise software products. This company is a fast-moving fintech start-up backed by some of the biggest names in the industry including Deutsche Bank and J.P Morgan. The team has grown 3X in the past six months, and we are set to expand in 2022 and beyond, gaining new customers and continuing to deliver on our breakthrough solutions.
As a Product Manager in this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a complete product developer for existing and new products and features.
- Interviewing prospects and customers to identify product opportunities and validate them through product discovery.
- Leading Proof of Concept initiatives to develop new strategic product opportunities, working closely with UI designers and developers to produce working prototypes.
- Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to conduct product research, capturing complex or ambiguous needs and translating them into strategy and deliverables.
You must have the following experience:
- 7-10 years of experience, acting as product developer or manager and with a track record of designing and delivering innovative and ambitious new products.
- Demonstrable success working with an agile tech team to deliver outcomes.
Clear and concise communicator, comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and customers.
- Understanding and appreciation for superior user experience and UX design processes.
Knowledge of modern product discovery methodologies.
