The Brussels Staffing Team is responsible for providing consultative recruitment solutions to both new and existing clients within the BeneLux area
We are launching a Recruitment Trainee Program in Brussels and we are seeking for our new colleagues !
Background:
- Bachelor's degree at minimum
- Good English
- Fluent command of French and/or Flemish (at least one)
- 0 to 2 years of experience maximum
- Genuine interest in IT and technologies

- Target driven and eager to succeed
Our Recruitment Trainee Program consists of an intensive 12 weeks on-the-job training where you will be trained, coached and mentored by our Experts on the following areas:
- Candidates screening and interviewing
- Recruitment tools
- Social Media
- General Corporate culture
- General IT and Technology knowledge
- Sales & Negotiation
After that program, we will go through an evaluation to define what type of role would suit you better within our company.
We offer a permanent employment contract and a full training program in a young and multinational environment.
