The Transition Manager will be responsible for leading the transition in activities will include planning, managing, and executing a thorough Transition Planning process by ensuring that all tasks within the following areas are assigned owners and are completed in a timely fashion:

- Create a tailored approach and plan to transition using both client and industry benchmarks and guidelines.
- Integrate tools and automation into transition solutions to accelerate and optimize the overall solution.
- Relationship, Expectation, and Communications Management
- Resource Planning, Identification, Orientation, and Training;
- Infrastructure Readiness and Work Environment Set-Up;
- Engagement/Delivery, Transition, and KAP Management
- Providing coaching and guidance to all individuals supporting the Transition project, including Delivery Executives down to consultants;
- Providing oversight of the overall Transition Management and ensure that all the commitments made in the Statement of Work are completed;
- Directing the development of knowledge acquisition plans and providing guidance/direction to Application Managers to execute successful
