Our client, a major engineering group in Bristol are recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager.
Key responsibilities in the role include:

Developing new strategic supplier relationships

Undertaking a comprehensive supplier review

Full ownership of price negotiation

Working closely with technical engineering teams on projects and future demands

Developing reporting & systems
-
Introducing new best practice into the organisation, coaching non-commercial staff
Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and be seeking the next step up in their career.
A combination of outstanding commercial acumen coupled with solid engineering product/specification awareness is required.
