A Manufacturing Systems Analyst is required to provide Operational support at the Peterborough facility for the Manufacturing Execution systems used at the site. The successful candidate will provide Operational support for 4 other regional sites based in Asia, Brazil, and North America. They will be required to participate in a On-Call rota once fully trained. Would be prepared to be onsite for some of the time, particularly in the initial training period. Looking at a call queue, picking up incidents. Working to resolve with other members of the ream. And other IT teams in enterprise.

Working in a high-volume manufacturing environment where you see how IT allows the facility to operate. You have visibility of how the IT system allow manufacturing to produce products. Working for facilities across the globe. Will be able to do a level of problem analysis and route cause investigation as they grow in the role.

Requirements for Manufacturing Systems Analyst

*Proven experience with PL\SQL tools.
*Experience of Linux 64 bit sever
*Proven experience in working in an Operational Role with ITSM background.
*Proven experience in problem solving in complex \ multiple environments


Excellent analytical skills, excellent communication skills, customers service skills, able to build rapport. Excellent problem solver. Documentation skills. Accountability. Self-starter. Onsite for the training period and then onsite on a regular basis - team lead is onsite all the time. You will need to be onsite 2-3 times a week and then will likely be onsite once restrictions are lifted but could be flexible.
