A rare opportunity to join a Global market leader in the Industrial Gasses sector on a 12 month contract based in Surrey.

As a Project Controls Engineer, you will:

·Support the Project Controls Manager (PCM) in managing the project controls resources required to deliver Large scale E&P and EPC cross functional and cross region engineering projects in the EMEA region.
·Management of project Change Management process with regard to Cost and Schedule impacts. Analyse change order values against current budget and prepare reconciliations to include in forecast at completion reports. Drive compliance and adoption of the work process throughout the project.
·Assist the project team in development of action plans to avoid cost & schedule overruns through Value Engineering.
·Provide the Project Manager with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
·Monitor and control Project compliance in respect of the project's contractual obligations and procedural requirements.
·Support reserve and contingency analysis.
·Review and challenge forecast trend analysis for site costs.
·Maintain detailed change management records.
·Support PCM in ensure that Project Controls input and support to projects are suitably estimated and add equality resources to meet project delivery requirements.
·Analyse project deliverables status to review and challenge forecast man-hours to complete.
·Review forecast with the Project Manager/Engineering Leadership Team.
·Support and participate in internal and external audits related to project controls, cost and SOX compliance.

The successful Candidate will have at least 5 years experience within a similar role.
