To ensure the successful delivery of new systems and new ways of working, a global Pharmaceutical company based in Surrey, requires a Training Team member to develop additional training materials.
The purpose of the role is to develop training materials as detailed in the EMEA Training Curriculum
Work with EMEA Training Lead to develop EMEA specific training materials
Scope includes Finance and Accounting, Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes but excludes HR
Highly regulated environment
Training will be a mix of instructor led training (classroom and Skype sessions), web based training and performance support materials (system simulations and job aids)
All materials will be developed in English but at a level that is suitable for translation
Localise material developed by the global team to reflect EMEA customisations and develop new materials if needed
Deliver/Support Train the Trainer sessions and UAT training where required
Deliver End User Training where required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
At least 4 years' experience of training development and delivery
Proven ability to work with large project teams across multiple global locations
Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
Understanding of cultural differences and their impact on training delivery
Ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Good time management skills
