For an established player in the banking industry, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join their department of "New clients Onboarding B2B" so as to facilitate and support client data verification operations.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Responding to and resolve administrative inquiries coming from the different stakeholders
- Identifying problems, proposing solutions, and looking beyond individual cases
- Critically approaching tasks and clearly presenting complex information to the team or the requester
- Sharing relevant information with all involved teams
- Maintaining the documentation in order and up-to-date.

Who we are looking for:

- You have excellent organisational skills
- You have an eye for detail
- You are communicative and speak French, Dutch, and English
- You preferably have an interest for banking and financial sector
- You preferably have previous experience in a similar position.

To sum up:

* External consultant contract - freelance or CDI possible
* 40h/w, long-term, extendable
* FR/NL (good understanding of the other) + EN
