I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Change Lead for an initial 6 month contract.
Duties will include:
Partner with stakeholders as SME/trusted advisor to determine and implement the right change strategy and approach at project/program level
Engage with functional leaders, program and cross-functional team to drive the change agenda
Develop change management strategies and work with a cross functional program team to integrate change and communication activities
Establish and maintain change plan
Work with the functional lead and transition manager to create and maintain the comms plan and materials
Essential skills/experience:
Prior experience in the design and execution of operating model/location strategy projects within a GBS/Shared Service transformation program
Experience of applying change management principles, methodologies and tools on Global programs
Committed to hands on execution as well as strategic planning
Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
PROSCI certification would be desirable.
Whilst the client adopts a hybrid approach to working, they would be looking for someone that was happy to commit at least 3 days per week working onsite in London.
