Our services for renewable energy client is developing a world first project in Rotterdam. It is planned to be positively impacting the docks and refinery, helping generations to come. Your Construction ESH Supervisory background in similar scale and complex projects will be needed for the assignment.

Your assignment check list

* Proven EHS Supervision background and have a track record of team management skills
* Knowledgeable of EHS management systems and processes in the Gases Industry or Petro(chemical) industry.
* A formal EHS qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, Dutch MVK) with demonstrated relevant technical experience
* A passion for Safety cultural support in an organization
* Knowledge of EHS management systems and of the processes, technologies and equipment in use on industrial sites and their potential hazards.
* Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills including fluent written and spoken English, Dutch preferred.
* Significant experience working on Major Capital Construction Projects preferred.
* Capacity to work effectively under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations.
* Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team.
* Expert level of knowledge and experience: Incident investigations and facilitation of root cause analysis
* Proficient level of knowledge and experience: OSHA, Dutch Arbo-law, EPA, DOT, Drug & Alcohol
* Proficient level of knowledge and experience: Ability to read P&ID's and Single Line Drawings, Rotating Equipment, LOTO (Lock out Tag out), PTW (Permit to Work), SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations)
