I am partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Contract Consultant on an initial contract through to the end of January 2024. The role will be responsible for the management of third party communications for consulting, MSA and drafting work agreements.
Duties will include:
You will be responsible for the management of third-party relationships and communication for contracting this will including drafting agreements, MSA, NDA's PO's and invoicing.
You will need experience with procure to pay process, knowledge of procurement of third-party services and processes,
Ideally you will also have experience with contracting and legal terms, expense reconciliation, and management of purchase orders.
