Mission Description

Join our client as a Digital Communications Expert and contribute to the communication efforts surrounding the energy transition challenges, including integrating renewable energy, expanding infrastructure, and balancing the grid.
You will be responsible for overseeing all online communication channels aimed at internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective, and engaging digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the expert advisor on digital communication channels (intranet, email campaigns, digital signage, websites, event registrations, etc.), guiding the business on communication strategies and best practices.
Manage activities across the company's intranet, websites, and other digital platforms, collaborating closely with communications teams, product teams, and business units.
Partner with product teams and external suppliers to continuously improve digital communication solutions, translating business needs into effective tools and workflows.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance or introduce new digital solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop, together with the Digital Communications Manager, a governance framework and roadmap for digital communication channels.
Support digital projects from inception to completion: analyze and document business requirements, assist with solution selection and implementation, perform testing, and ensure smooth delivery.
Provide user support through tutorials, training, and ongoing assistance to promote effective use of digital communication tools and applications.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Digital Communications.
Master's degree in Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Excellent command of English and good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
Positive, creative, flexible, and dynamic team player with strong ownership and a customer/end-user focus.
Critical thinker who is comfortable challenging the business to achieve optimal results.
Experience with content management systems, eager to develop skills in new platforms.
Knowledge of tools such as Sitecore, Actito, Unily, Jira, PinToMind, Matomo, Adobe Photoshop, and Genially is a plus.
Understanding of UX and accessibility principles is desirable.
For non-EU candidates: must possess a valid work and residence permit allowing employment in Belgium.
