As part of this mission, they are seeking an experienced E2E Test Coordinator / Test Manager to oversee and align end-to-end testing activities across complex projects and systems.

Role Summary
The E2E Test Coordinator / Test Manager is responsible for managing the complete testing lifecycle, ensuring software systems function correctly from start to finish. The role aligns testing strategies with business requirements, technical specifications, and QA governance while ensuring seamless integration into the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning
Define E2E testing objectives, scope, and methodologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans aligned with product and project goals.
Identify functional and non-functional testing needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with program managers, project managers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact for testing activities.
Communicate progress, risks, issues, and results clearly.
Test Coordination & Execution
Coordinate testing across multiple teams and environments.
Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee functional, integration, and E2E testing cycles.
Test Data Management
Structure and manage test data creation for systems under test and integrated systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and applicable regulations.
Defect Management & Risk Mitigation
Track and manage defects through resolution.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights.
Support Go/No-Go decisions with clear quality assessments and readiness reports.
QA Community Contribution
Participate in QA initiatives.
Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Support continuous improvement practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience creating comprehensive E2E test plans.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
Analytical mindset with confidence to challenge assumptions.
Understanding of IT concepts such as APIs, web services, client/server architecture, protocols, frontend/backend systems.
Experience assessing test scope and ensuring full coverage.
Experience with test data management and data creation processes.
Certifications
ISTQB certification is preferred.
Languages
English: Mandatory (working language).
French and/or Dutch: Strongly preferred.

Location: Brussels
Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week minimum.
