Enterprise Architecture Division

Division Overview
You will join the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at our client, a leading financial sector company. The EA division is a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team responsible for:
Defining enterprise architecture directions and standards in alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
Establishing investment themes to develop or transform IT capabilities that support business strategies.
Maintaining a multi-year strategic investment plan and technology roadmap, advising on IT investment decisions.
Steering the definition and realization of capabilities and solutions that align with the enterprise architecture.
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect within the Security Squad, you will focus on defining target and transition architectures and roadmaps for security capabilities, ensuring the safety and security of customer interactions, market transactions, and internal operations.
You will deliver and contribute to the following architectural services:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Enablement:
Analyze and interpret strategic business and IT objectives, considering external trends, to assess their impact on enterprise architecture.
Lead assessments of the current and future IT environment, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate alignment between business and IT, translating this into an actionable change roadmap.
Strategy Implementation Oversight:
Monitor progress on the implementation of security capabilities, ensuring alignment with target architectures and roadmaps.
Provide visibility into the evolution of technology debt, as well as the planning and execution of mitigation actions.
Delivery Planning and Solutions:
Develop standards, reference architecture patterns, principles, and guardrails to support decision-making.
Collaborate with security, delivery, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture, leveraging shared tools and processes.
Architecture Advisory:
Offer consultative advice to business leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making on strategic topics such as delivery, M&A, and other key areas.
Architecture Practice:
Work with fellow architects on transversal architectural topics and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
Support continuous improvement of architectural practices and effective service delivery.
Profile Requirements:
Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Architecture, with knowledge of governance, risk assessments, design, and reporting.
Expertise in the IAM and CIAM frameworks, including Identity Governance, Logical and Privileged Access Management, and authentication mechanisms.
Familiarity with industry-leading security products (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, BeyondTrust).
Proficiency in security technologies, such as SAML, OAUTH, MFA, PKI, and cryptographic solutions.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex environments.
Leadership skills with a collaborative mindset to drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) and Security (e.g., CISSP, ISO 27001) are highly desirable.
Experience within the Financial Services industry and knowledge of regulatory complexities is a plus.
