You will work on various delivery epics supporting the overall IdAM 2.0 solution (e.g., Identity Fabric, Metrics & Dashboards, Privileged Technical Account Inventory). This role includes scripting, ETL, and API integration work across both custom and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Functional Designs, and Technical Designs using internal documentation standards.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations and testing teams.

Lead the deployment of the solution through all formal testing phases and support go-live efforts.

Perform knowledge transfers, training sessions, and provide operational handover documentation (e.g., cookbooks).

Offer post-go-live support and manage bug fixes, change requests, and enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with other database technologies (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.

Understanding of operating platforms such as Windows, Unix, and networks.

Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and Level 2/3 production support practices.

Awareness of IAM technologies and security mechanisms across platforms (Windows, Linux, z/OS, Tandem, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, CyberArk, BeyondTrust).

Understanding of access control principles (e.g., segregation of duties, toxic pair policies).

Experience with the full software development lifecycle including deployment, warranty support, and operationalization.

Preferred Certifications (nice to have):
CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant security certifications

Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
