I'm currently partner with a global manufacturing company who are looking for a Performance and Emissions Engineer to work on a wide variety of projects within a small multi skilled team in Stafford.
Duties will include:
Working on the performance and calibration of Diesel Engines including verification and validation of engines, and creating validation plans
Technical reporting, and other engineering activities such as testing and analysis.
Supporting design functions, and adhering to company standards.
Skills/Experience:
Proven track record working as Performance & Emissions Calibration Engineer or similar.
Knowledge of emission measurements and regulations
An understanding of turbocharger matching, fuel system optimisation and control systems.
Must have component validation experience for diesel engines.
This role may involve occasional overseas travel may be necessary as required by business needs.
