Service Description:
Your role will support the Health & Safety Department, with a focus on enhancing the company's health and safety culture through effective communication.

Support initiatives aimed at fostering a strong safety and health culture, contributing to the goal of zero accidents.
Event organization: Assist with planning and executing safety awareness events (e.g., Safety Weeks). This includes content planning, logistics, and communications before and after the event. You'll have support from the Internal & Digital Communications team.
Update communication plans: Ensure the Health & Safety communication plan remains current and aligned with ongoing initiatives.
Ad hoc communications: Manage safety-related communications such as Safety Flashes for dangerous situations or legislative updates. You'll ensure that expert-provided content is clear, well-presented, and distributed via appropriate channels.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in communication, culture, or marketing.
Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, along with a good command of English.
Knowledge of safety, health, and wellbeing is a plus.
Experience with content management systems is preferred.
Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
Personal Skills:

Able to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
Strong prioritization skills, distinguishing between key issues and minor details.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
