This role will be responsible for leading and established and expanding Agile Development Team. Working on multiple projects utilising technologies including Angular, Java, C++ and C#.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead, motivate and grow an established Agile development team.
Interviewing, hiring, on/offboarding and reviewing of both permanent and contract team members
Identification and Implementation of continuous improvement
Collaborating with stakeholders (inc Product Owners & Head of Software) to define roadmaps and delivery releases
Run Agile ceremonies
Work alongside Project Management to determine priorities, forecasts, plans, resources etc
Other duties associated with a role of this nature
Skills/Experience
Track record in similar positions. Experience in software development methodologies, Agile based Scrum and Kanban delivery
Certification in Agile delivery methodologies would be desirable
Experience documenting requirements in Jira
Knowledge of Java, Jira, Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Cypress
This role will be based in Guildford, Surrey and whilst there will be some flexibility, will require candidates to be based in the office as the role requires.
