I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Digital Transformation Programme Manager to be based in either their Salisbury or Fareham offices. This will position will be hybrid working but the successful candidate will need to attend the office as needed.
It is a very exciting role and will be the biggest programme that my client has undertaken, it is therefore very visible and high profile within the organisation. It will therefore require a candidate that not only has a proven track record working as a Programme Manager (with experience of digital transformations) but is also comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
