I am partnering with a client who has a very exciting opportunity for an IT Service Tooling Analyst . This role will be a Hybrid position and you will be required to attend the client's site in Derby on a weekly basis.
Duties will include:
Configuration of service management tools and equipment for systems testing.
New integration builds
Test cases and test scripts
Reporting test outcomes
Skills/Experience:
Proven track working across ITSM tooling, including on ServiceNow, SolarWinds, ADDM, SCOM & Nexthink.
Previous experience designing and developing configuration improvements in tooling.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure tooling
Experience with using ITSM tooling for integration and configuration
Must be Eligible to go through SC Clearance!
