You will have a Mechanical Quality Control Inspections background covering ten years in the Oil & Gas industry
* Smart Completions software
* Proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector at sites
* Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, welding processes, techniques, codes, and standards
* Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Compliance requirements for the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
* Proficiency in using inspection equipment and software
* Good knowledge of Construction Safety, Risk perception
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A bachelor's degree/Diploma, in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Welding
* CSWIP 3.1 Welding/ CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector/ IWI/ IWE
* PCN Level II Radiographic Interpretation, Liquid Penetrant Examination, Magnetic Particle Examination, Ultrasonic Examination
* Significant experience in welding inspection and quality control
* Experience working in the oil and gas related industry on Onshore Plants

* Review contractor inspection & test plans
* Review site job procedure related to QC
* Coordinate review of welding procedures with AP welding specialist
* Establish coordination with site contractor/sub-contractor on inspection & testing in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans
* Assist Materials Manager for inwards material inspection (materials received at site) for quality, review of documents, correlation/traceability & visible issues such as damages
* Review and Witness of Non-Destructive Examination, as applicable
* Witness of other relevant testing
