Charlotte has always been a people person, family-focused, friendly and out-going. But she also cares. She started her career with Saga, working tirelessly as a care co-ordinator to ensure that her clients were looked after and treated with respect. She moved into healthcare recruitment and then to Innova in 2018, where she's overseen a wide portfolio of disciplines including Customer Service, Engineering, Professional Services, Pharma and IT. Now she specialises in fulfilling contingent workforce roles in the IT sector. But care and respect is still a key part of what she does, making sure that both client and candidate are looked after throughout the recruiting process.
