Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo)

APSCo is the professional body that represents, supports and promotes the interests of organisations engaged in the supply of business professionals. APSCo represents the professional staffing sector across Europe, providing a powerful, unified voice for a vibrant and innovative sector of the recruitment industry.  Innova joined APSCo in 2000 and is one of the association's early members. The company is an active member of the organisation and has contributed fully to APSCo's development of policy, codes of conduct and industry best practice. www.apsco.org

Association for the Recruitment Outsourcing Sector (APSCo OutSource)

Representing the interests of the outsource providers, they were developed from APSCo as a separate trade body which truly understands the differences between staffing and recruitment outsourcing and specialises in your marketplace. Innova are co-founding members of APSCo OutSource and benefit from:

Staffing Industry Analysts

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) is the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. American Chamber of Commerce - Singapore

Established in 1973, the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham) is the largest and the most active international business association in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with over 5,000 members representing more than 600 companies. AmCham is a forward-thinking, business-progressive association.

EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

EcoVadis provides the leading solution for monitoring sustainability in global supply chains. Using innovative technology and CSR expertise, they engage companies and help them adopt sustainable practices.

The EcoVadis methodology framework assesses companies' policies and actions as well as published reporting related to the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, to create reliable ratings, taking into account each company’s industry, size and geographic location.

INNOVA EUROPE LTD has been awarded a silver medal in recognition of CSR achievement! To receive this medal, companies must have an overall score of 46-61.

Mind

Innova is pleased to have been recognised with a Silver Award in the Mind 2019/20 Workplace Wellbeing Index. The Index, launched by the mental health charity Mind, is designed to celebrate the good work employers are doing to promote and support positive mental health in the workplace.

The Silver Award is given to employers who have "already started the journey to better mental health at work by developing and implementing initiatives which promote positive mental health for staff."

This Silver Award recognises Innova's long-term commitment to supporting the wellbeing of its staff and promoting positive messages about mental health.
