After nearly twelve months of disruption, this Recruitment Live discussion aims to take stock of the challenges which face recruitment companies from a finance point of view and identify opportunities and actions for the future. 

Given the impact of the pandemic, what are the current priorities and main challenges financial leaders are facing? Are businesses still in recovery mode and re-establishing their business models and structures, or are they building for the future, finding new opportunities, perhaps to key in with the experience of their clients? What is the international picture as different markets emerge at different rates and with different demands?

We’d like to identify some of the surprising outcomes of the pandemic – any lessons learned by finance departments and any positives that have resulted in terms of changed practices or the way finance now interacts with the rest of the business.
