This role will be responsible for providing 3rd Level Support across voice/telephony systems.
Duties will include:
Install, configure and support software and tools
Responsible for monitoring the network to ensure availability to all system users
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
Work with vendors on integration of purchased application solutions
A typical day in this role will include the timely resolution of IPT related issues while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Maintenance, monitoring and support of all IPT and voice system infrastructure. IPT system administrator. Perform system updates and upgrades during non-business hours.
