Our utility client requires a Billing and Collections Manager to manage the end-to-end metering and billing process.

Working hours: Full-time hours working three days in the office and two days from home .
You will be
*Providing exceptional leadership to the Billing, Metering, Collections and Affordability Teams, enhancing processes and ensuring a high-quality customer journey.
*Ensuring the customer experience is forefront. Overseeing our end-to-end revenue processes, you'll ensure they are designed to deliver the best possible customer service and effective revenue collection, from account set up to debt recovery.
*Championing a culture of service excellence, you'll develop a preventative approach to debt management and deliver strategies to reduce water poverty. You will also contribute to the development of the departmental strategy and ensure we are always delivering on our customer pledges and regulatory commitments.

*Knowledge of customer service activities within the water or other utilities sector
*Experience in running collections and/or billing teams
*Third-party management experience
