Responsibilities
Develop and build bioinformatics pipelines for our routine analyses, as well as undertaking custom projects to drive our work.
Collaborating closely with other team members, and setting and pursuing your own R&D objectives.
You will interpret and communicate your results clearly by creating eloquent and incisive figures, including simplifying your findings where suitable for non-technical users.
You will contribute to a passionate, high-performance, and supportive work environment.
Requirements
Experience creating analysis pipelines for microbiome sequencing data.
Experience with pipeline development.
Proficient in Python and/or R.
Experience with machine learning, interfacing with a data warehouse, and/or frontend development. *Desirable*
Experience with cloud computing (e.g. Azure, AWS) *Desirable*
