The BA will be operationally significant, playing a key role in improving our data sharing processes. This will consist of working closely with the Service Owner to implement improvements across various teams to improve our services and data pipelines.

Skills and experience for success
*The ability to identify business needs and translating those into requirements
*Familiarity with user-centred design principles and information architecture and their application in the product development lifecycle
*Expert knowledge of facilitating requirements workshops, ranging in size from one-to-one interviews up to large groups
*Capable of writing unambiguous, verifiable requirements and clearly articulating options to different audiences
*Experience of facilitating digital transformation (preferably in an SME environment)
*A strong understanding of Cloud platforms, virtual workspaces (VDI), analytics and data science tools and languages, capable of engaging cross-functional teams
*Experience of agile teams, working iteratively on solution development and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including client solutions team, architects, PM, delivery team and senior management

Desirable skills and experience
*Experience of working in bioscience, health or research environments
*Degree level qualifications (or relevant experience) in one or more of business, information technology, information systems.
*Any Business Analyst specific certifications (e.g. CBAP)
