My Client, a major technology giant are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who has previous program management or business operations experience in a large organisation.

Role Overview
The primary objective of the Partner Incentives team and this role is to drive the performance of the Company and it's partners by evangelising the Partner Incentive programs and investment. The role is primarily focused on providing reporting and insights to directly drive business performance. It also includes the management of locally designed incentive campaigns as well as general support and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1.Own and drive a dashboard of internal 'value-add' reporting to drive business performance
2.Become a subject matter expert on Microsoft global incentive programs and campaigns
3.Help to design, build, report and communicate on bespoke local market incentive campaigns
4.Learn and leverage internal systems and tools
5.Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements as needed
6.Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1) Experience
Previous program management or business operations experience in a large organisation
Effective written and verbal communications to stakeholders
Organised and process driven with high level of attention to detail
Experience in working with large datasets to extract business insight
Ability to learn / adopt new technologies and applications

2) Technical / Functional Skills
Advanced Excel (Functions, Formulas, Pivot Tables and specifically including Power BI)
Other MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of databases, data cubes and previous experience using reporting dashboards preferable
