Job Title: Events & Communications Coordinator
Location: Empereur

Working alongside a diverse team of dedicated professionals, you will help shape the future of energy infrastructure by organizing and supporting impactful outreach events. Together, we are building a sustainable, green energy system that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. School & Student Association Visits:

Plan, organize, and manage visits by schools and student associations.
Contact schools and associations to coordinate schedules.
Prepare for School Days by scheduling guides, providing materials (e.g., giveaways, lunch), and updating presentations.
Serve as the host on event days.
2. Job Events Coordination:

Register for job events and manage the planning process from A-Z.
Coordinate advertising and registration deadlines, and handle event communications.
Schedule and brief company representatives attending the events.
Personally attend and support the execution of job events.
Conduct post-event follow-up, including gathering data and feedback.
3. Guest Lectures Organization:

Plan and coordinate guest lectures at secondary schools.
Communicate with schools and associations to arrange lectures.
Brief speakers, organize giveaways, and update presentation materials.
Qualifications and Skills:

A background in events, communication, marketing, or HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Attention to detail, creativity, and an out-of-the-box mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
A team player with a can-do attitude, focused on process improvement.
Fluency in both Dutch and French.

Work Authorization: Candidates must hold a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium.
Location: Empereur, Belgium.
