Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the voice of the customer to drive improvements that will deliver increased
customer satisfaction
- Manage the rhythm of the business with the customer service and support team by leading
pipeline reviews, coaching the sales process and acting as the point of escalation
- Identify and nurture new customer opportunities
- Act as a trusted partner to various sales teams to land large deals
Skills required:
- Sales experience (Preferably technology)
- Data Insight skills: Previous experience using Power BI/Excel/CRM
- Excellent communication skills
