Builds demand generation plan for all products within a segment. Utilises knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans. Manages product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle. Manages demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess production levels. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Analyses gaps in the market.
You will be responsible for the UK Consumer and Gaming marketing activity. You will have ownership across all demand KPI's as well as brand growth. You will be working with a small team of Consumer marketers to ensure your quarter, monthly and daily marketing activity is executed on time, to a high standard without any exceptions. You will have a cross functional role and will be working very closely with the online and merchandising teams to ensure best in class offers, messaging and customer journey. You will be dealing with vendor funding and will be working closely with the compliance teams as well as teams across the globe.
Must have strong marketing experience. Preferably from a retailer/ecommerce marketing background. Highly skilled in excel and have an analytical mind. They must be able to work under pressure, be confident and optimistic, they need to be motivating and inspiring to all team members. You must have a great team spirit
