Our client, a major manufacturing group in Cheltenham are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities in the role:

Reviewing, interpreting and negotiating T&C's sent to (& received from) major clients/customers

Working with Legal, Sales, Procurement to draft/re-draft contracts

Be the point of contact for all areas of the business relating to contracts

Attending commercial / sales strategy meetings

Dealing directly with customers relating to Bids / Proposals
Applicants must have a background in Contracts Management / Contracts Administration from either a Sales / New Business or Procurement Background. Ideally from manufacturing / engineering or related sector.
