You will need previous experience with using SAP and Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Manage customer relationship management utilising SalesForce
·Resolving quires in a timely manner.
·provide service and support through utilising various systems across a wide range of products
·Processing orders using SAP and Salesforce
·Have a
·Preparing customer correspondence
·Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standards
Must Have:
·Must have previous experience using SAP, BCOM, and SalesForce
·Proven track record working in a fast paced customer service role.
·Ability to utilise ServiceNow & Remedy.
