You will need previous experience with using SAP and Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Manage customer relationship management utilising SalesForce
*Resolving quires in a timely manner.
*provide service and support through utilising various systems across a wide range of products
*Processing orders using SAP and Salesforce
*Preparing customer correspondence
*Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standards
Must Have:
*Strong customer service experience
*Must have previous experience using SAP, and Salesforce
*Proven track record working in a fast paced customer service role.
