·Providing highest level of service and support
·Processing repairs and warranty management across various systems.
·Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner
·Using Salesforce to manage customer relations.
·Making customers aware of delays, or issues with their warranty.
Requirements:
·Proven track record in Customer Service
·Strong Salesforce skills
·Proficient with using SAP
