You will need previous experience with using SAP/Salesforce and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing highest levels of face to Face customer service as well as over the phone
*Resolving quires in a timely manner.
*Processing orders using SAP and Salesforce
*Preparing customer correspondence
*Ensure all transactions meet the required compliance standards
Must-Have:
*Proven track record working in a customer-facing role.
*Ability to utilise SAP and Salesforce
