You will be responsible for providing 1st and some 2nd line levels of support including all areas of IT.
Responsibilities:
*Installation and configuration of IT Equipment
*Supporting users on technical issues,
*Providing the highest level of customer service
*problem analysis
You will need:
*Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM)
*Proven track record working in the 1st/2nd line technical helpdesk environment.
* Proficient with IMAC (Incident and Request).
