* Develop market access materials (submissions, responses) for the companies products leading up to and during their launch with a particular emphasis on leading the adaptation of global value dossiers and economic models to meet country-specific health technology assessment (HTA) requirements and presenting these to authorities.
*Collaborate with other country colleagues and external consultants (as needed) to prepare reimbursement submissions; develop country-specific economic models and present economic evidence to payers.
*Acting as a lead member of the Senior Leadership team
*Manage senior members of the team
*Developing the Market Access team, being decision maker on all hires within the team *Leading all Market Access teams on a global scale
*Travel is a large part of this role (25% travel)
*Minimum 8 years in Market Access (Pharma or Consultancy)
*Experience working on UK/EU5/US Markets
*Business Development / client relationship experience
*Experience in decision making in the recruiting of new team members joining
