IT Service Analyst - Just outside East Grinstead - Surrey / Sussex / Kent border

Initial 6 months contract - Active Directory, Outlook, Citrix, Remote Access MS Office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst, to be based just outside East Grinstead in East Sussex - This will be working within an exceptional national organisation, with a great culture and working environment. We need someone who has majority of the skills listed below and the genuine desire to do a great job.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess incoming incident and prioritise work according to timescales and processes.

  • Keep accurate and timely records within the incident monitoring system

  • Carry out technical investigation into support calls and escalate where required

  • Log/update or remove asset register information relating to kit when it is moved/deployed or disposed of

  • Provide technical support for: Windows 7/10, Office 365 and Active Directory

  • Provide iOS/Chrome support including; Mobile Device Management

  • Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers & projectors

  • Ideally have knowledge of: MS products including Outlook, Office together with , Active Directory, Citrix, and remote access. Any knowledge of SharePoint would be great.

Ideally you will have some previous helpdesk or desktop support experience - troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, telephones and mobile devices.

Because of their location - you will need to be able to drive.
