You will be a Wind Power Specialist
Briefly the responsibilities are
*Leading execution of all elements of the electrical scope of work on renewables energy proposals and projects executed in the EMEIA region, collaborating with the Electrical Engineering Manager
*Leading external EPCs to ensure delivery of project on time and schedule
*Coordinating the efforts of the Electrical Designers
*Providing input to Air Products electrical design standards
*Developing new suppliers and outsourcing partners
*Defining future and improving existing execution models for electrical engineering scope
*Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering; you should be either a Chartered Engineer or actively pursuing Chartered Engineer status with the appropriate Institute.
*Proven experience in electrical power engineering in particular renewable power production via wind farms and distribution of power over a large area.
*Some experience in a supervisory position with budget responsibility.
*Proven understanding of large motors (induction and synchronous) in the range of 1-10MW and Turbine generation
*An ability to work with software packages for analysis of power systems (e.g. SKM Powertools or ETAP)
